Hello, I'm Nathan, owner of Nathan Dyas Personal Training. I have been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years with experience in working on the gym floor, outdoors, online and teaching multiple classes. I work with an all round approach to training, taking into account not just the physical side of the job but also the mental wellbeing and support for my clients and class members.
My specialist areas include kettlebell training, circuit training, Boxercise and exercise for lower back pain management.

WHERE IT ALL STARTED...
As a child I struggled with my weight and became unhappy with how I looked and how unfit I was. After losing 3 stone, building muscle and changing my lifestyle, I decided to turn what I had achieved, into a full time career.
I first qualified as a fitness instructor in 2011 and have now qualified as a personal trainer with knowledge in various fields including kettlebell training, circuit training, Boxercise, lower back pain management and nutrition.
Working with a wide range of clients I have increased my knowledge and helped many towards their goals, including weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury management and prevention and race preparation (running).
I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and healthy body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise and every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing will have you feeling great and seeing your new potential.
